Take your language assessment under the best conditions possible. We suggest placing yourself in a quiet area with an optimal internet connection, ideally a private network, throughout your test.
If you still get an error message, we suggest following the steps below:
1. Clear the cache of the browser you are using to perform the test by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE simultaneously. Make sure you select all data and all time periods.
2. Then, log back into the language assessment.
3. Do not open any other windows or tabs while taking your test.
4. If the difficulty persists, we advise you change your browser.
