If you have "standard" access, from the Altissia or application homepage, check that you have activated your account with the activation link or code provided to you.
If your account has been activated but you are still unable to log in, it is possible that your credentials are incorrect, or you have left too much space before or after inserting your data.
Your username is the email address to which the link or code was sent. The password is the one you set when you activated your account. If you do not remember it, click on the "Forgot Password" button (on the login page). You will be asked to enter the email address used to access the course platform. The system will send an email containing a link to reset your password to that address. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. The link is for one-time use only and is valid for 24 hours. After this time, you must click on the reset password button again.
